How does it work?
Let us take care of your next performance opportunity.
We manage all the behind-the-scenes work, leaving your students to shine in the spotlight.
Be a part of the show!
We want you and your school to be involved in our next production.
Signing up for Showcase is easy. Follow these straightforward steps to put your school on stage!
How It Works
1. Register your group
Start by registering your school or group with us. Let us know:
the type of group (dance school, choir, performing arts, etc.)
the style(s) you are planning to perform
We welcome a wide range of genres, including choir groups, jazz, ballet, street dance, modern, tap, cheerleading and acro. Sharing your plans early helps us create a varied and engaging programme for the audience.
2. Confirm your performers
Let us know how many students will be taking part in your group performance.
Group entries are required to take part. A group should be more than 3 students, with a suggested maximum of 30.
You may also enter duos, trios or solos, but only in addition to a group entry.
Each school entry will be allotted approximately 10 minutes of performance time. You don’t have to use all of the 10 mins, for example, if you have just one group entry. You can also add more dances in addition to your group entry, which can be solos, duets, trios or additional group dances. Please try to keep all your entries within a 10-minute timeslot. We can work with you to arrange specifics.
3. Prepare for the stage
Once registered, your group can enjoy rehearsing for your performance.
We’ll stay in touch in the lead-up to the event to coordinate key details and make the process as smooth and straightforward as possible.
4. Invite your audience
Friends and family are invited to attend and support the performers.
Tickets will be available to purchase in advance, giving students the chance to perform in front of a live, supportive audience — an important and exciting part of the experience
5. Rehearsal in the theatre
Before the performance, your group will have the opportunity to take part in a rehearsal on stage.
This allows students to:
become familiar with the space
understand staging and cues
build confidence ahead of the live performance
6. We handle the production
We take care of all the behind-the-scenes elements, including:
theatre hire
staging and lighting
scheduling and event management
Our aim is to keep everything seamless and stress-free for teachers and group leaders.
7. You perform
On the day, simply arrive with your group, ready to perform.
Students take to the stage in a professional theatre environment, enjoying the excitement and energy of live performance.
8. Celebrate and be recognised
At the end of the event, we present a range of awards to recognise both performance and character.
Awards may include:
Performance
Choreography
Stage presence
Positive behaviour and professionalism backstage
All awards are presented by a professional guest, making the experience even more special.
Our goal
To make the entire process simple, enjoyable and memorable, so you can focus on your students and the experience of performing, while we take care of the rest.
