FOUNDER

Holly trained in Musical Theatre at the prestigious BRIT School before gaining her ISTD DDE teaching qualifications at The Centre for Performing Arts. In 2010, she founded D2Dance Academy in Hildenborough, growing it into a thriving dance school known for its creativity, high standards and performance opportunities.

Alongside her work in dance education, Holly spent over a decade running Bullfrog Productions, a successful performing arts production company producing two to three full-scale musical theatre productions each year for both youth and adult performers. From casting and choreography to staging, costumes, technical production and creative direction, she has overseen every aspect of bringing major productions to life. Her credits include productions such Chitty Chitty Bang Bang with the flying car, Legally Blonde and Cats as well as Les Mis and West Side Story where Bullfrog collaborated with the Chichester University Orchestra, creating ambitious and memorable theatre experiences for performers and audiences alike.

With a passion for developing talent and creating exceptional performance opportunities, Holly brings a wealth of experience in production, organisation and creative leadership. She believes that every young performer deserves the chance to experience the magic of the stage and the confidence that comes from being part of something extraordinary.

FOUNDER

Sarah knows performing arts from both sides of the curtain. A former student of The Royal Ballet School and Cecchetti Scholar, she went on to study at the University of Warwick, where she developed a passion for theatre production, stage managing and producing shows for the Warwick Drama Society and taking productions to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.

Following university, Sarah built a successful career as an ISTD-qualified ballet teacher, spending nearly two decades inspiring young dancers and helping them develop confidence, discipline and a love of performance. Throughout her teaching career, one thing has remained constant: her passion for getting children on stage and witnessing the transformation that happens when they perform.

Sarah firmly believes that the performing arts play a vital role in a child's development. Theatre provides a unique space to build confidence, creativity and resilience, and she is passionate about ensuring young people have access to meaningful, high-quality performance experiences. Showcase has been created to give students the opportunity to discover just how much they are capable of when the curtain rises.

FOUNDER

Matilda is a classically trained dancer whose early training included prestigious institutions such as The Royal Ballet School and London Children's Ballet. Her professional training gave her a strong appreciation for the discipline, artistry and dedication that underpin successful performance.

Alongside her dance background, Matilda discovered a passion for teaching and working within schools, where she saw first-hand the positive impact dance can have on children's confidence, wellbeing and personal development. She is particularly passionate about making dance accessible to all young people, creating opportunities for children to engage with the performing arts regardless of their previous experience or ability.

Through her extensive work in educational settings, Matilda has become a strong advocate for bringing high-quality dance provision into schools and ensuring that every child has the opportunity to experience the benefits of movement, creativity and performance. She creates supportive, inclusive environments where students can develop confidence, skills and a genuine love of dance.

Showcase has grown from Matilda's belief that dance should extend beyond the classroom and onto the stage, giving young performers the chance to experience the excitement, teamwork and achievement that come from being part of a professional live production.
